Cooking Homemade Haggis
As i have 4 haggis to cook i need to cook them!
So when cooking haggis you have various options.
1: boil it
2: shove it in the oven
3: cover it in batter and deep fry it.
I decided to try 1 and 2 as i don’t have a deep fat fryer.
Boil some water and simmer the haggis for 2 hours
Now the water is boiling in goes the haggis.
30 mins later….
Disaster the intestine has burst… still it did say 2 hours!
It turned more into a stew…. So i sieved it and tasted it and then gave it to the cat!

After 1 and a half hours….
Lets unwrap it
THAT LOOKS LIKE HAGGIS!!!
I MADE HAGGIS!
Unfortunately it doesn’t taste quite like haggis but its not terrible.
