Dude this is totally photoshopped. I can tell by the pixels and by the fact that I have shopped many photos.
Sure there are lots of things the iPhone misses and it may not be the best out there. But the same can be said for the iPod. The thing about Apple is that they have good marketing. Plus Apple users know that if they purchase another Apple product it has a good chance of working easily with anything they already own
Besides the fact the this is so OBVIOUSLY shopped, it’s stupid. Plus, one huge advantage that the Stone has over the its competitor (downright unethical to leave it out) is that owning a stone doesn’t make everyone around you want to punch you in the face for being a pretentious asshole.

Haha, this is amazing, I see our technology hasnt evolved much. (I have the Iphone, and all I can say its its a piece of shit, I cant wait till Im eligible for an upgrade again, so I can get another phone, like one that has MMS, and has flash compatibility, I used to have a $20 phone that had MMS compatibility…yet this expensive as shit phone, cant do that? stupid stupid Apple corporation)
The best thing about the iPhone are the people who complain about it. The people who bought one are strange people. Now someone else will listen to all of the gripes and make a BETTER phone. What apple did was to launch the conversation so down the road we’ll all have a better product. I, like many of you didn’t purchase one. I didn’t want to pay that outlandish price. But someday, someone will invent the phone of my dreams. Two cans and a string.
Why the hell would you pay to use MMS, when you can use email for absolutely nothing. MMS is being phased out by email.
And changeable memory cards? Have you seen the capacity fool!
the i phone is a piece of junk it does not have mobile office or any other real functionality. they do give you dumb options as to how you want to listen to your voice messages or if you want to install a crappy app. but besides that my i phone sucks. the iphone is more of a toy then a tool

I’ve seen alot of comments saying this sucked that sucked I had this I’ve had that. Well STFU because KOREA had all that shizz about 2 years b4 any of that iphone crap was even in the market. The moral of the story is that iphone doesnt suck, but its hella stone age compared to KOREA’s SUPERIOR PHONES!!!!
I have to admit, as a 1st gen iPhone user… this is pretty accurate. I love my iPhone, i really do. But it’s annoying when people that have $20 cell phones can record video and send multimedia messages and here i am with the expensive iPhone and can do neither.
Oh well…

George: Capacity? Are you kidding me? The advantage to changing memory cards besides increasing capacity is the fact that like anything else they can and will fail needing to be changed and you can’t do that with an iphone. A good rule of thumb if you can backup your data always do no matter how good or how “large” your storage is it will always fail sooner or later.

I think it is so funny that there are people out there who are so bored, dumb, and dull who make time to a) make these pointless (and humorousless,) fake observations, b) bitch about something they don’t own or even want to own and c) hate the people who bought a certain product with their own money.

Another point, Apple is only on its second generation phone. Go back and look at Nokia, Motorola, etc. first or second gen phone and see how they compare.

I live in Japan at the moment and they ise email here on their mobile phones, its pretty good that email is better than MMS or SMS but its a pain in the dick with all the junkmails I get to my phone, though some are funny. Either way, I think email will overtake the old message protocols.

Most people have nothing against iphone users. Their criticism is targeted to the marketing hype around iphone. It is marketed as the ultimate mobile phone device while it lacks many features that are considered essential by many users. An yes apple may be on its second generation phone but it is pointless to compare a 2008 model with a 1990 one

To the people that say it’s photoshop, you make me literally laugh out loud. Of course the image is edited, if you’re not smart enough to realize that then you don’t need to be on a computer; the fact that you’re saying it was definitely photoshop makes me laugh even more, it could have been any photo editing software such as gimp, paint shop pro, or even ms paint. Also, if you’re going to make retarded comments about people making fun of the iPhone, then why, like a guy said earlier, are you on a website called “monkey review” in the first place?
I’ve got an old iphone and I think it’s probably the worst phone I’ve ever had. It’s temperamental if you forget to switch an application off and needs charging so quickly. I think the sound quality is awful compared to most nokias I’ve used.
If I hadn’t of won it I certainly wouldn’t have paid for it.
I do like the touch screen but I’ve got a DS too so that may also explain that.
I will say the spirit level function is amazing though!

iPhone lacks these features, and others, but it does all that it does do so well that it doesn’t really matter. That’s why anyone who’s never had/used one would consider it a waste of money, but iPhone users looove them. You try finding a browser like mobile safari on any other phone. Plus the third party apps/games are sick!

You COULDN’T do this with most smart phones and PDAs, thats why its funny. The Iphone is not some revolution, its just that Apple Fanboys didn’t know about PDAs and smartphones before the Iphone dropped. My PDA has more features then the Iphone, and its 2 years older.
I think some major factors have been missed here such as the, “beating someone over the head test” where the stone is clearly better and also the “skipping across water test” where the phone while flat and a nice shape could only manage 2 skips where the stone an impressive 7. Oh and it’s sooooooo shopped.
seriously, the iphone is a pda for people who don’t want to think. A simple features comparison will force you to draw the conclusion that htc and nokia are far superior in every dimension. This is complete bullshit, although the IPhone 3G does not have those features, the iPhone 4G ( website link ) WILL, i repeat, WILL have video recording, memory card (SD) and more. I really do not feel like listing the new features, you can just check out the site above.
